  • Reorganized Payments into a concise overview, payment history, cash, and operational expense flow, with today as the default period and a compact mobile layout that reaches payment search before cash and expenses.
  • Payment history now supports client name or phone search, payment method and status filters, with provider and payment location under additional filters. Each row prioritizes the client, service, amount, date, method, and status, while technical, fiscal, and correction details stay inside an expandable view.
  • Cash reporting now separates cash received and collections in the selected period from the current lifetime cash balance by location. The studio remainder subtracts expenses and collections, warning cards appear only when action is needed, and expense filters remain independent from payment filters.

Trainer corrections for class records

  • Studio owners and staff with schedule access can now assign or correct the trainer on manually created group and private classes, including future records, and on classes that have already ended.   • Payments now support account-local date periods with matching totals, while operational expenses can be categorized, filtered, analyzed, and voided with an audit trail.
