What's new in Ladna

0.101.0

Optional booking without leaving the schedule

  • Studios can now explicitly enable popup confirmation independently for the Classic, Compact, and Calendar public schedule views under General settings → Schedule view. The option starts disabled, so the existing separate confirmation page remains unchanged until the owner opts in.
  • Signed-in customers and permitted guests can confirm a group class in a centered responsive dialog while keeping the schedule behind it. After a successful booking, they can open the customer cabinet or continue choosing classes.
  • Owner help now explains where to enable the new scenario and how its per-view settings work.

Clearer customer booking history

  • The customer cabinet now opens with upcoming classes ordered nearest first. Cancelled, attended, no-show, past, and studio-cancelled records have moved to a separate Class history tab.
  • Class history is ordered newest first and paginated by ten records, with Ukrainian and English navigation. Each row independently shows the truthful booking state and class-pass operation, including returned reservations and their pass codes.
  • Payment warnings now appear only for real unpaid room-rental or add-on charges, while uncovered group bookings keep their separate pass warning. Admin class cards also distinguish reserved, used, and returned pass operations by color.

Cancellation alerts for trainers and customers

  • Studios can now explicitly enable a trainer Telegram scenario for classes cancelled by the studio after bookings appeared and for classes where every customer cancels. The general Ladna bot authorization and studio master switch still apply.
  • Customer SMS settings now use the same clear scenario layout as trainer alerts. A new opt-in scenario politely notifies every booked customer immediately when the studio cancels their class, including during quiet hours because the change is time-sensitive.
  • Both new scenarios start disabled, so existing studios keep their current delivery behavior until an owner enables them. Customer cancellation messages also require the customer SMS capability and a configured SMS channel.

0.98.0

Clear notification and link settings

  • QR codes and public studio, schedule, price, rules, and offer links now have their own page under Links. Every location link is shown on a separate row with open and copy actions.
  • Notification settings now have dedicated Customer notifications and Trainer notifications tabs. Studios can control trainer Telegram alerts through the general Ladna bot and independently enable the trainer-assignment scenario, while customer SMS reminders and the customer Telegram bot remain separate.
  • Platform settings now separate system logs from configuration, and owner help explains each notification channel and scenario with updated screens.

0.97.0

Activity directions for every room

  • Studios can now choose which activity directions each room supports. Leaving the selection empty keeps the room available for every active direction.
  • Weekly schedules, one-off classes, quick and admin booking, and every public booking flow now offer only compatible rooms for group and private lessons. Room rental and closed classes remain unrestricted.
  • Existing classes and booking history remain visible after room settings change. An incompatible active weekly series is highlighted and pauses future generation until its room or class format is corrected. Owner help now explains the complete setup.

Simpler customer navigation

  • Public studio pages, prices, and schedules now keep customer login or the signed-in identity beside Studio rules. The signed-in identity opens the customer cabinet directly, while duplicate cabinet actions have been removed.
  • Studio rules and the public offer agreement now share a quiet legal-links row above the Powered by Ladna footer throughout the studio customer journey. The language switcher has moved into the same footer, while embedded prices and schedules stay free of Ladna navigation and branding.

0.95.1

Consistent booking cancellation

  • A timely cancellation now behaves consistently in the studio dashboard, customer cabinet, mobile API, and Ladna assistant: the booking stays in history while its class-pass session is returned. The Cancelled option is unavailable after the studio cutoff, while Attended and No show continue to consume the session.
  • Customer-level normalization now previews and repairs legacy cancelled bookings that still hold reserved or used sessions, including reopening a valid used-up pass when appropriate. The repair runs only after an explicit preview and Apply; scheduled normalization never returns historical sessions globally.

Preliminary salary models for trainers

  • Studio owners can now create fixed monthly, weekly, or daily salary models and flexible per-class models: a flat amount, a per-person rate with minimum paid attendance, a base with supplements above a threshold, an hourly rate with supplements, or fixed attendance tiers. Empty-class handling, counted booking statuses, class-specific rules, and minimum or maximum pay limits keep each studio policy explicit.
  • Models can be assigned to one or more trainers from an effective date, while later rule changes create dated versions without rewriting earlier periods. Trainer reports calculate completed work, show every class or fixed-period share with the people count, formula, and result, and flag missing configuration instead of hiding an incomplete total.
  • Salary settings now have a dedicated studio-menu entry and a full owner help guide with practical examples. This first framework version establishes the foundation and will be expanded with studio feedback.

Four-week public schedule calendar

  • Studios can now choose Calendar booking in public schedule settings. It keeps the mobile booking flow while opening a filtered 28-day calendar by default, split into month sections, with four-week arrow and swipe navigation.
  • Clients can switch between Month and Week below the private-lesson and room-rental actions. Week always returns to today while preserving class type, trainer, and room filters.

More reliable Ladna AI answers

  • Ladna now keeps the active studio trainer roster in context and makes a safe second attempt when an AI response cannot be understood. If it still cannot answer, the message is clearer and no longer incorrectly blames the AI provider.
  • Telegram typing status is now quieter and no longer creates distracting server errors while Ladna prepares an answer.

0.93.0

AI-assisted booking and class-pass investigations

  • Studio owners with class-pass management access can now ask Ladna to investigate confusing customer bookings and debits. The assistant finds the customer, reconstructs the booking, reservation, pass, adjustment, and correction timeline, checks deterministic inconsistencies, and explains the evidence without changing studio data.
  • The same investigation is available through tenant-scoped MCP tools. Dashboard and Telegram conversations show a single updating operational status while Ladna searches and checks records; these temporary statuses and internal evidence never enter conversation history.

0.92.0

Closed classes for the studio team

  • Studios can now opt in to Closed classes, reserve a room for a one-off internal activity, and assign one main trainer plus any number of additional trainers. The class can be fully edited before it starts, cancelled, and restored while Ladna protects the room and every assigned trainer from overlapping work.
  • Closed classes stay visible only to studio staff. They never accept customers, use capacity, class passes, payments, or attendance, appear in public and customer schedules, or affect trainer compensation reports. People Counter expects all assigned trainers and keeps the class interval out of unknown-presence reporting.
  • Owner help now explains how to enable the format, create an internal class type, add a closed class, and manage multiple trainers.

0.91.1

More natural Ladna assistant conversations

  • The Ladna assistant now keeps more of the recent conversation in mind, understands short follow-up replies such as choosing one of the options it just suggested, and behaves consistently in the dashboard and Telegram. Booking changes still require the usual confirmation.

0.91.0

Studio rules and public offers

  • Studio owners can now publish studio rules and a public offer agreement separately with the same formatted editor. Each completed document appears on the studio page, class-pass prices, schedules, and their embedded versions, while empty documents stay hidden.
  • Both branded document pages now have a clear Back action that returns clients to the exact public page they opened, including the selected schedule or price filters. General settings also provide separate open and copy actions, and owner help explains the complete flow.

A calm path to the first reservation

  • New studio owners can start with one month free and no card, then use a six-step setup that saves progress and prepares one real weekly class, a public schedule, and a booking link.
  • The flow asks only for the first useful location, hall, trainer, and class. Additional locations stay ready to complete later, while passes, prices, and the rest of the timetable can wait until after launch.
  • Phone verification by SMS protects schedule publishing.

0.89.0

Mobile-first public schedules by default

  • New studios now start with the compact mobile-first public schedule while existing studio choices remain unchanged. The read-only Ladna demo now uses the same compact view.

0.88.2

Verified card details from Mono

  • Owner billing now shows the masked card number and brand when Mono returns this display information with the verified tokenized wallet.

0.88.1

Accurate free-trial duration labels

  • Owner billing now shows the exact free-trial duration configured for the assigned tariff instead of assuming every tariff uses 30 days.

0.88.0

Free trial and location-based Ladna billing

  • Replaced the retired paid-demo flow with an explicitly enrolled 30-day full-feature trial that needs no card, plus database-driven pricing by active location shared by the landing calculator, owner billing, checkout, receipts, and payment history.
  • Owners can choose monthly billing or annual prepayment with a discount, securely verify a card through Mono without a charge, keep the full remaining trial, approve prorated location upgrades, cancel at period end, and retain access during the seven-day renewal grace period.
  • Added immutable price versions and graduated tiers, payment snapshots, advance price-change and renewal notices for owners only, safer signed and idempotent token-payment callbacks, updated terms, and a disabled-by-default rollout flag that leaves existing free and demo studios outside the new lifecycle.

0.87.0

Clearer studio payment reporting

  • Reorganized Payments into a concise overview, payment history, cash, and operational expense flow, with today as the default period and a compact mobile layout that reaches payment search before cash and expenses.
  • Payment history now supports client name or phone search, payment method and status filters, with provider and payment location under additional filters. Each row prioritizes the client, service, amount, date, method, and status, while technical, fiscal, and correction details stay inside an expandable view.
  • Cash reporting now separates cash received and collections in the selected period from the current lifetime cash balance by location. The studio remainder subtracts expenses and collections, warning cards appear only when action is needed, and expense filters remain independent from payment filters.
