These Terms govern access to Ladna, a SaaS platform for studio operations, schedules, class passes, bookings, customers, staff, and public studio pages.
By creating an account, signing in, or using Ladna, you agree to these Terms. If you use Ladna on behalf of a studio or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

Ladna helps studio owners and authorized staff manage studio locations, rooms, trainers, schedules, bookings, customers, class pass plans, purchased class passes, attendance, public schedules, public pricing, and connected operational integrations.
Ladna is a CRM and scheduling tool. It does not become a party to contracts between a studio and the studio customers who attend classes, buy passes, rent rooms, or book visits.
Platform administrators manage the Ladna service and SaaS customer accounts. Studio owners and staff may access only the studio accounts and features assigned to them.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, using accurate account information, and promptly limiting staff access when a person no longer needs it.
Each studio is responsible for the customer, trainer, schedule, booking, pass, payment, contact, and attendance data entered into its account. Studio customer records are separate from Ladna user accounts.
Studios must have a lawful basis to enter personal data into Ladna and to send messages or use connected services with that data.
A studio subscription is the commercial relationship between the studio owner and Ladna for access to the SaaS platform.
An eligible newly enrolled studio may start one 30-day full-feature trial without providing a card. No payment or fiscal receipt is created for the trial, and Ladna will not charge the studio unless its owner expressly subscribes.
Subscription fees are calculated by the number of active studio locations, with at least one billable location. Inactive locations are not included. Current prices, the active-location definition, and any separately charged third-party services are disclosed on the pricing and billing pages before payment.
A studio owner may choose monthly billing or annual prepayment with a 10% discount. By confirming a subscription and saving a payment method, the owner consents to automatic renewal for the selected interval and the amount disclosed for the then-current billable location count. Subscribing during the trial does not shorten the remaining trial; the first paid period starts when the trial ends.
Activating an additional location during a paid period requires the owner to approve the displayed prorated charge. The proration is based on the difference between the previous and new full-period prices for the unused part of the current period. Deactivating a location is immediate, does not create a partial refund, and reduces the billable quantity at the next renewal.
The studio owner may cancel automatic renewal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, remains reversible until then, and does not create a partial refund except where required by law.
If an automatic renewal fails, the subscription enters a seven-day grace period with full access. Ladna may retry payment on days two and five unless the payment provider requires owner interaction. After the grace period, data and billing access are preserved, but other access may become read-only until payment succeeds.
Ladna will give at least 30 days notice before a published price change applies to an enrolled studio. A new price never changes the current paid period and applies no earlier than the first renewal after that notice period.
A class pass, room rental, private lesson, single visit, or similar studio sale is the commercial relationship between the studio and its own customer. Ladna may store and display these records but does not sell studio services to end customers unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Ladna may publish studio schedule and price pages, embeddable widgets, or API responses based on data configured by a studio.
If you enable integrations for payments, fiscalization, messaging, email, calendars, Google sign-in, or other providers, you are responsible for the accuracy of the settings and for complying with the provider terms that apply to those services.
You must not use Ladna to break the law, upload malicious code, access another studio account without permission, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or store data that you are not allowed to process.
We may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect users, studios, the service, or legal compliance.
We aim to keep Ladna reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, hosting provider issues, integration failures, or events outside our control.
We may improve, change, or discontinue features. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected on this page by updating the date above.
Ladna is provided as an operational software service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may stop using Ladna at any time. Cancelling a paid subscription follows the end-of-period and no-partial-refund rules in section 6. Once cancellation takes effect, future automatic charges stop while studio data is preserved under the applicable retention terms.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees after the stated grace period, create security risk, or use the service unlawfully.
After termination, data export or deletion requests may be handled according to the Privacy Policy and any active agreement with the studio.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
