When a studio uses Ladna to manage its own customers, trainers, bookings, and passes, the studio is responsible for the data it enters. Ladna acts as the software provider and processes that data to deliver the service.
We may process account data such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, passwords in hashed form, roles, permissions, profile details, avatars, studio names, locations, rooms, trainer data, customer records, bookings, attendance, class pass records, subscription records, integration settings, and support messages.
Public schedule and price pages may show studio-configured information such as class names, trainers, rooms, times, capacity, prices, and booking availability.
If Google sign-in or a Google-connected integration is enabled, Ladna may receive data authorized by the user or studio, such as a Google account identifier, name, email address, profile image, OAuth tokens, or calendar-related data needed for the enabled integration.
We use Google data only to authenticate users, connect the requested integration, maintain account security, and provide the features enabled by the user or studio. We do not sell Google user data.
We use personal data to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, manage accounts and permissions, display schedules and pricing, process bookings and passes, support integrations, troubleshoot problems, send service messages, comply with legal obligations, and improve Ladna.
Ladna uses cookies and similar session technologies for login, security, CSRF protection, language preferences, and normal application operation.
We may keep technical logs such as IP address, browser information, request path, timestamps, error details, and security events to operate, debug, and protect the service.
Studios may connect third-party services for payments, fiscalization, messaging, email, calendar, analytics, or other operational needs. Data shared with those services depends on the integration enabled by the studio.
We may use hosting, database, storage, email, monitoring, and security providers that process data for us under appropriate operational controls.
Depending on the context, we process data to perform a contract, provide the requested service, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests such as security and service reliability, or based on consent where required.
We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide Ladna, maintain business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and support active studio accounts.
A studio may request deletion or export of its data, subject to legal, security, billing, and backup retention requirements.
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with the studio that controls the relevant account, authorized staff, service providers, connected integrations, legal authorities when required, or successors if the service is reorganized.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users and studios must also protect credentials and configure staff access carefully.
