Trainer corrections for class records

  • Studio owners and staff with schedule access can now assign or correct the trainer on manually created group and private classes, including future records, and on classes that have already ended. Future and running automatically generated classes remain protected, while every correction keeps a permanent history with the previous trainer, new trainer, time, and responsible staff member.

  • Trainer reports now focus on completed, non-cancelled work, separate group and private attendance, show dated private-lesson details, and provide a shortcut to prefiltered class history. Private bookings now preserve the actual people count, while financial details remain protected by cashflow permission.
  • Payments now support account-local date periods with matching totals, while operational expenses can be categorized, filtered, analyzed, and voided with an audit trail. Cash expenses affect the selected cashdesk, non-cash expenses stay separate, and owner withdrawals remain distinct from business expenses.

Studio-scoped web apps

  • Moved the central Ladna web app to the `/app` scope, added separate installable studio web apps under each studio slug, retired the old root service worker, and tightened studio logo uploads so new PWA icons must come from PNG images at least 512x512 pixels.   • Cleaned up the landing hero so login stays only in the header, and made the create-studio CTA avoid a dead demo page when public demo signup is not currently available.
